Rose was absolutely amazing to work with! We weren’t able to be in KC for in-person tours and Rose was able to accommodate us with virtual tours. While we were under contract, she made sure the seller met all of our terms. Rose even helped connect us with another lender when ours couldn’t meet the closing date. 10/10 recommend!

Rose is truly one of a kind. My partner Kyle and I were in a unique situation where we had to look for a home in Kansas City while residing in Phoenix, AZ. We were extremely nervous about searching for (and purchasing) our first home, not only from afar, but also in an extremely competitive market. It just didn’t seem possible. Upon speaking with Rose, our concerns slowly evaporated and before we knew it we were no longer concerned, but excited for the search. Rose puts her clients first. Rose has so much to offer from communication, minor details, references for mostly anything you need, to her knowledge about the areas of KC we knew she was the one. Words can't describe how amazing Rose is! When I called her to tell her that I was wanting to sell my house she told me that she could come out the next day an get us set up. Rose set me up to receive emails for houses on the market! I was not actively looking for a home or even "ready" to buy when i saw "THE ONE". Within a day, i reached out to Rose about my interest in a condo and by the end of the day the next thing i knew we were looking at the condo and i had my heart set! Because the condo already had offers we had to act fast. Within a day, Rose set up a viewing, wrote up a offer and by the grace of god the owner accepted! Now not all things can go as perfect as that and they sure didn't! We had to jump through TONS of hoops to get to where i am now, a first time home owner. She is very knowledgeable and precise, she was there every step of the way, she always responded back very quickly and answered all of my questions right away. She literally sold my house in about 3 hours! We had 4 showings scheduled and received 4 offers that night which was able to sell it for 12,000 more than asking price...I definitely give Rose a 5 star review and recommend her completely!!!!

Rose fought through snow, ice, and rain to get us through to the sunniest-day of our year, the day we closed on our home. She answered every question we had, at any time of the day with patience and understanding, and continues to help us to this day. We moved to Kansas in May of 2018, and had a hard time deciding where we wanted to buy a house, sometimes driving 30+ minutes away. We were definitely not the easiest couple to deal with, but we found the perfect home two miles away from our rental and closed a few weeks ago. Rose and I first started off with a working relationship but soon found a bond that lead her to become a great friend of mine as well our agent. Our house-hunt journey began over a year ago and through various frustrations and heart-breaks Rose stuck with us and never gave up on us. We had been looking at model houses for about a year before contacting Rose. After looking at so many houses, we were very particular in what we wanted and could not believe she found us our home in just a couple weeks. As soon as the house was listed, she contacted us to schedule a showing and later put in an offer the same day. She was so incredibly helpful throughout the entire buying process and even more so after we have moved in and discovered a few issues. We just don't know what we have do without her!

I met Rose at an open house in Merriam, KS. I wasn't really looking for an agent, but I knew she was perfect when we chatted. My husband and I met with Rose and explained exactly what we were looking for. Rose and I looked at a ridiculous amount of houses. I could call her the minute a house listed on MLS and we were looking at it immediately. She made time for me ALWAYS, no matter what the circumstances.
